| Evelyn Hope Jarvis, 82 of Left Hand, West Virginia, died February 4, 2015 at CAMC General Hospital,
Charleston.
She was born November 9, 1932 at Left Hand, a daughter of the late Cecil and Faye Dye
Tallman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ellett Jarvis,
Jr.; son, Danny Jarvis; sisters, Kathleen Harold and Nancy Romine; brother, Glendol Tallman.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law Donnie and Stacey Jarvis of Left Hand;
grandchildren, Dawn Renee Roush, Donald Eric Jarvis, and James Dean Jarvis; great
grandchildren, Aranda Jarvis, Dillon Jarvis, Tyler Jarvis and Riley Roush; step great grandchild,
Jesse Fugate; great-great granddaughter, Lacy Jarvis; sisters, Juanita Cook of Left Hand, Marsha
Morris of Newton WV; brothers, Marshall Tallman of Orville OH, Coy Delmas Tallman, Roy Tallman
and Michael Tallman all of Newton.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 8 at the John H. Taylor
Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Jack Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Jarvis
Cemetery, Left Hand. Friends may call one hour before the funeral.
