38-YEAR-OLD CLAY MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUALLY ASSAULTING TEEN

West Virginia State Police have arrested 38-year-old Perry Demoss, a resident of Clay County, for sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl. The criminal complaint says that Demoss sexually abused the girl, a relative, several times at his home in Maysel. According to the complaint, Demoss confessed to three separate occasions of sexually abusing the teenager. He now faces three felony counts of sexual abuse and is currently being held at the Central Regional Jail. His bond is set at $75,000.
