The Braxton County Sheriff's Department said Carter Fleming of Heaters, lost control of his vehicle about a mile north of the Flatwoods exit.

Deputies said he hit a ditch and flipped his car three times. He was going southbound on I-79.

An investigation into the cause of the wreck continues.
