BAKER TO BE ARRAIGNED FOR NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE IN WOMAN'S DEATH - Eight Cases Before Court

Judge David W. Nibert will be presiding over Calhoun Circuit Court Thursday starting at 10 a.m.

Randall Luke Baker, 19, will appear for arraignment.

He was indicted for negligent homicide, a misdemeanor; reckless driving causing serious bodily injury, a misdemeanor; fleeing from an officer, a misdemeanor; and failure to maintain control, a misdemeanor. Baker's charges stem from a vehicle accident occurring on February 27, 2014 in Grantsville, which severely injured Michael Cunningham, Sr., and claimed the life of his wife, Tammy Jean Cunningham.

An arraignment is set for David Lee Carpenter, 56, and Jeffrey Allen Radabaugh, 53, who were indicted for possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance, a felony; and conspiracy, a felony.

Jerry Glen McKown, 27, is set to appear for a hearing for probation violation related to drug charges.

There is an arraignment for Charles Norman, 31, who was indicted for one count of operating and attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony; and one count of purchase, receipt, acquisition, and possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance, a felony; and conspiracy, a felony.

Christopher Lamp, 22, was indicted on two counts of Sexual Assault in the Third Degree; two counts of Sexual Abuse by a Parent, Guardian, or Custodian; and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree, all felonies in 2013.

He is appearing in court for a pre-trial hearing, a trial is set for March 3.

Eric Ray Jones, 23, who has been facing multiple burglary or larceny charges, will appear for a hearing related to status following a "return from the Anthony Center as unfit."

Joshua Thomas Slider will appear for a hearing regarding a plea, related to drug charges.

A hearing is set for Jacqueline Hannah related to a plea.

Seven juvenile cases.
