MAN CHARGED IN ROANE WITH KIDNAPPING, BRANDISHING - Bond Set At $750,000

Roane County authorities arrested Ekwuqcha Amich McCall, 42, Saturday, charging him with kidnapping, brandishing a weapon and a person prohibited from having a deadly weapon, according to Central Regional Jail.

The incidents happened in Roane County.

McCall is in Central Regional with bond yet to be set.

Paul O'Brien, 66, was charged with wanton endangerment in Roane County and is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $50,000.

Braxton authorities have charged Frederick Allen Bucklew, 39, with DUI/controlled substance, and he is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000.

Austin Lee Bailey, 18, has been charged by Calhoun authorities with misdemeanor battery charges. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $3,000.
