ROANE AUTHORITIES CHARGE THREE WITH BURGLARY

Roane County authorities have charged three connected to a burglary. The trio is charged with burglary, daytime breaking and entering, grand larceny, and conspiracy to commit a felony. William Scott Kerns, 36, Melissa May Putillion, 23, and Timothy James Holbert, 23, are in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $30,000 each. A Clay County man, Brian Matthew Welch, 37, has been charged with battery on a responder, contempt of a family court order, driving while suspended, obstructing and fleeing on foot. Welch is in Central Regional Jail.
