GILMER MAN CHARGED WITH OBSTRUCTING POLICE |

| Maurice Travon Hines, 26, has been charged by Gilmer authorities with obstructing/interfering with a police officer. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set. A Clay man, Phillip David Stone, 43, has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail, charged with DUI controlled substance. Bond is set at $2,500. A Roane County man is incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. Chadwick Lee Rogers, 37, is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Jerry Richard Harper, 53, of Roane Co. was incarcerated for violation of home confinement.
