Phyllis June Martin Hildreth Donahoo, 58 - Spencer

Phyllis June Martin Hildreth Donahoo, 58, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on January 15, 2015 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, West Virginia after a brave battle with cancer.

She was born January 16, 1956 in Spencer. She is survived by her parents Kenneth and Edna Hall of Spencer; one son, Jerry and Kristy Hildreth of Millwood, West Virginia; two grandchildren, Michael and Zoey Hildreth; and two sisters, Brenda Webb and Sandy Batten, both of Spencer.

Phyllis graduated from Spencer High School in 1974 and worked at First Neighborhood Bank before moving to South Carolina. She returned to Spencer and had worked at WalMart. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Martin; a brother, Larry Martin II; and her beloved grandmother, Gail Ullom.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on January 18, 2015 at the Faith Baptist Church in Spencer with Pastor Justin Simmons officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. The burial will take place at a later date at the Beech Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Roane County Animal Shelter, 2550 Parkersburg Road, Spencer, WV 25276 or to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311.

Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
