REGIONAL RESIDENTS ARRESTED ON METH MAKING CHARGES - Calhoun Man Charged With Driving Suspended |

| A Ritchie County man has been charged with operating or attempting to operate a meth lab and exposure of meth manufacturing to a child. Kevin F. Hunter, 38, is in North Central Regional Jail with bond set at $50,000. Braxton County authorities have arrested Rebecca Michelle Larch, 20, and charged her with operating or attempting to operate a meth lab, possession of meth precursors and conspiracy to commit a drug related charge. She is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000. Stephanie N. Shafer, 21, was charged in Roane for buglary, day time breaking and entering, petit larceny and prohibited drug purchase receipt. She is in Central Regional Jail. Calhoun authorities have arrested Allen Keith Carpenter, 23, and charged him with drivers license revoked DUI, violating home confinement, driving while suspended/revoked, obstructing and fleeing, and defective equipment, according to Central Regional Jail. Lindsay Scott Cain, 45, was charged by Wirt authorities with DUI-1st, passing auto left of center, and other moving violations. She is in North Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities have charged Rickey Lee Boggs, 50, with domestic assault 1st/2nd by threats and public intoxication. He is in Central Regional Jail. Stacy Renee Jones, 30, is in Central Regional Jail, charged in Calhoun with domestic battery.
