Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session starting at 9:45 a.m. Monday with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Court opening time or if it is cancelled, will abide by the Calhoun Schools notices regarding inclement weather (2-hour delays or schools closed) Joshua Thomas Slider is on the docket related to a plea connected to drug charges and a case against Jacqueline Hannah is set for a plea hearing. State vs. Eric Jones, related to status involving evaluation. There is one civil case, Camden Clark Hospital vs. Poore. There are 18 juvenile cases on the docket involving 29 children.
