GRAND JURY AND COURT WAS CANCELED TUESDAY DUE TO BAD WEATHER A Grand Jury will be seated in Grantsville Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. to consider indictments. Circuit Court will be in session starting at 9:30 a.m. with Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. One misdemeanor case involving Jason Bell is on the docket, related to further sentencing. There are two civil cases, Furrs Auto Sales vs. Billy Jones Jr. and Stonewall Jackson Hospital vs. Wilson. Five juvenile cases.
