A man and his wife escaped serious injury when their truck plunged off Sinking Springs Hill just before noon Monday.

The truck crashed over a steep embankment into a deep hollow, about 65 feet.

The woman was taken to the hospital for evaluation by Minnie Hamilton EMS.

The Grantsville VFD and Calhoun Sheriffs Department responded to the accident.
