WV SCHOOLS DELIVERING 180 DAYS OF INSTRUCTION

(12/19/2014)
After years of haggling and announcements, West Virginia schools for the first time this year are required to deliver 180 days of instruction.

Several county school systems across the state already have nearly half of the required 180-instructional days completed and they've done it before the Christmas break.

The 180 requirement, with some systems, will extend into June, while many had an early start.
