RITCHIE MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULTING OFFICER

A Ritchie County man has been arrested for assault on an officer or official. Brian L. Devericks, 24, is in North Central Regional Jail, also charged with obstructing. Charles Wallace Riffle, 60, has been arrested in Wirt County and felony charged with brandishing a deadly weapon, prohibited from carrying firearm related to a domestic violence petition. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Reta Lynn Fauber, 46, has been arrested by Roane officials, and charged with license revoked for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to maintain control. She is being held on Central Regional Jail with bond set at $8,000. Roane authorities have picked-up Charles Brian Davis, 39, on a capias warrant and Jacqueline Christine Stroudt, 30, has been arrested for probation violation. They are in Central Regional Jail. Terry Lee Manahan, 35, of Braxton County is in Central Regional Jail, charged with DUI suspended, obstructing and defective equipment. He is in Central Regional Jail. Clinton Harless Boggs, 64, has been charged in Wirt County with DUI-3rd. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
