Leon L. Stump, 94, of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, died Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in Providence Health Care Center.

Born February 12, 1920 in Apple Farm, Calhoun County, West Virginia he was a son of the late Farris E. and Hallie Stump and the husband of the late Elizabeth Lucille (DeWeese) Stump who died Oct.16, 2006.

He had worked as a cut off operator for B&W and had also worked at the Beaver Valley Country Club. He was a member of the College Hill Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are four sons and two daughters-in-law, James L. and Peggy Stump of Middleton PA, Robert W. and Dianna Stump of East Palestine OH, Richard L. Stump of East Palestine, Ronald Stump of Beaver Falls; a very special granddaughter who formerly resided with him, Lenora Lewis; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Ellie And John Elliott of Millstone WV and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. in the A.D. Campbell Funeral Home, 1326 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, where funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 12 noon, with his Pastor Joe Schiren of the College Hill Church of the Nazarene officiating.

Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Big Beaver Boro.
