WOMAN HAS GUN AT AIRPORT - A Scott Depot, Putnam County woman won't be charged after a loaded gun was found in her carry-on bag at Yeager Airport.

The Transportation Security Administration says X-ray machines detected the .380-caliber semi-automatic handgun Wednesday morning.

The gun was loaded with seven rounds, with one in the chamber.

Yeager Airport Police confiscated the gun but chose not to arrest the Scott Depot woman.

PEOPLES NEWS HELD UP AGAIN - Parkersburg Police are investigating a second armed robbery at Peoples News, saying they believe it is the same suspect.

The masked man pointed a gun and demanded money.

Police Chief Joe Martin says they have new information that could lead them to the suspect.
