ROANE MAN CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL WOUNDING

A Roane County man, Jeremy Ray Shaffer, 34, has been charged with unlawful wounding.

Shaffer is in Central Regional Jail.

Gilmer authorities have arrested Danny Lee Knicely, 43, and charged him with domestic assault without a weapon. He is in Central Regional Jail.

Christopher Scott Smith, 34, has been charged by Roane authorities with uttering and conspiracy. He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000.
