WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Shots Fired At TV Reporter

REPORTER OBJECT OF GUNFIRE - A WCHS reporter was shot at on Charleston's west side while following up on a story Saturday afternoon.

Eyewitness News reporter Sean Delancey was following up on a shooting that happened Friday night near Young's Department Store.

While gathering a neighbors reaction, someone fired multiple shots towards Delancey and the lady he was interviewing while his camera was rolling.

Neither was injured by the shots.

Delancey said he could make out three of four young men in the distance who then fled the scene, but said he could not see who was holding the gun.

Charleston police are currently looking for the gunman.

BAR ROBBERY - St. Albans Police confirm that a shot was fired Friday during a robbery inside the El Dorado Club.

He entered the Club about 3:05 p.m., showed a handgun and demanded money. The man was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and used his arm to help cover his face.

As the man was leaving the bar, he fired a shot into the ceiling. He left on foot, and a small red car was seen speeding away from the area.

Some cash was taken during the robbery.

MAN SHOT - Charleston Police have released the name of the man shot Friday on Washington Street West.

Patrick Anderson, 36, was shot in the hip.

The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. Friday near Young's Department Store on the city's West Side.

Anderson was taken to a local emergency room and is expected to be OK.

Police are looking for two men in connection with the shooting.

FAYETTE HEIST - State Police are searching for a robbery suspect in a Fayette County.

Troopers reported at around 8:30 p.m. Saturday night, a suspect entered the Mountaineer Mart in Oak Hill and went to the back while the attendant was distracted.

The suspect allegedly targeted the safe in the back room.
