WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - A Masked Hold-Up

MARION ROBBERY - The Marion County Sheriff's Department is searching for two men that held a person at gun point and robbed them Wednesday afternoon.

Deputy Steve Garrett said a person stopped to help two white men while they were standing over the hood of a Suburu in a church parking lot.

The two men were standing in front of the car over the hood, and when the person approached the men to help, one of the men pulled out a gun and demanded money.

They fled from the scene on Route 218 heading towards Farmington with an undisclosed amount of cash.

KANAWHA MASKED ROBBERY - Kanawha County police are investigating an armed robbery at a video lottery parlor in Cross Lanes.

A woman told police she was held up Friday morning at Joli's on Big Tyler Road at around 4 o'clock.

She told police a woman wearing a Halloween mask pulled a knife on her and stole her purse.

PARKERSBURG HOLD-UP - Parkersburg police responded to an armed robbery at the People News on Blizzard Drive.

No injuries were reported. Parkersburg police are looking a suspect that took money and fled the scene.
