HAMPSHIRE COUNTY GETS 16" SNOW - Travel Difficult In Eastern/Mountainous Counties

After some unseasonably warm temperatures Monday to begin the holiday week, there are some drastic changes, and some of that includes the accumulating snow in parts of West Virginia.

Hampshire County got 16" of snow Wednesday with other mountain and eastern counties got a foot.

Travel is difficult in several of the mountain and eastern counties.

In the local region, snow showers started Wednesday with a small amounts of accumulation.

Thanksgiving Day the temp will rise above 40 degrees, a low of 24, with the possibility of snow showers.
