IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR PATIENTS AT MINNIE HAMILTON

Minnie Hamilton Health System would like to remind patients that as of December 1, 2014 there will be significant changes in our appointment/walk-in registration process. Please reference previous article entitled See Important Notice for Patients Effective December 1, 2014, signage in the main lobby will direct the patient to the appropriate area. If you choose Clinic, sign in at the Clinic Registration at the left of the main entrance. If you choose Emergency Room, sign in to the right of the main entrance and you will be triaged accordingly. If you are needing to be seen for outpatient services such as Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiopulmonary or Physical Therapy you will need to sign in to the right of the main entrance as well. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we will keep you posted of further changes taking place to improve access and quality of care. We want to hear from you.
