TWO SET FOR SENTENCING IN CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT TODAY

Calhoun Circuit Court continues through Thursday with Judge David W. Nibert presiding. Court opens at 10 a.m. Ashley Mariah Easton entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to operate a clandestine methamphetamine drug lab, a felony. She is scheduled for sentencing. Matthew Rapp, entered a guilty plea to two counts of conspiracy related to druh charges, both felonies. He is being sentenced Thursday. A status report is scheduled for Christopher Lamp. - Civil Case: America's First Federal Credit Union vs. Green, hearing on summary judgment. - Civil Case: Metz vs. Masiarczyk, hearing on magistrate appeal. - 11 juvenile cases.
