Grantsville has a "new" 2010 Dodge Charger Police cruiser.
Police Chief Andy Walker "extends a special thanks to Chief John Walker and Deputy Chief Randy Hartley of the Bridgeport Police Department, Walker negotiated a reduced purchase price for the cruiser.
"The new police cruiser is filling a significant need for the city of Grantsville, which has two older cruisers that are unreliable and in constant need of repairs," said Walker.
"Thank you Bridgeport Police Department for your generosity and consideration in fulfilling a need of a smaller municipality," Walker said.
