ANTERO DRILLING SUED OVER DEATH - Operator Facing Suits And Multiple Citations

A Lewis County man involved in a July, 2013 Antero gas well pad explosion that killed two men and injured three others has filed a lawsuit> One of the men who died in the explosion was a Roane County man. Charles E. Arbogast and his wife, Diane Arbogast, of Lewis County, filed the suit in Monongalia County, related to the flash fire and explosion. claiming severe and permanent injuries to Arborgast. Antero, a major player in the development of Marcellus Shale in WV , has experience numerous accidents related to their projects and have been cited for various environmental problems.
