Donna Jean Gandee, 57, of Spencer, West Virginia, died at 3:54 a.m., Monday, October 20, 2014, at the Cedar Ridge Center, Sissonville. Donna was a retired LPN and a graduate of Spencer High School. Survivors include a twin sister, Dinah Jarvis of Spencer; a daughter and granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobert Eugene and Dona Jarvis Drake. There will be no visitation or service. John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
