Wilma Bailey Siers, 75 - Parkersburg

Wilma Bailey Siers, 75, of Parkersburg, passed away September 30, 2014 at Ohio Valley Health Care in Parkersburg. She was born November 14, 1938 at Altizer, Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Oris Wise Bailey and Vera (Hickman) Bailey.

Mrs. Siers was devoted to her occupation as a Pharmacist. She was the first Pharmacist to be employed by Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in the early 60's. She worked for Lakeview, Super-X, K-Mart and Rite-Aid Pharmacies and retired from Fruth Pharmacy in Athens, OH.

Wilma was a member of the Cedar Grove United Methodist church, The White Shrine and Eastern Star. She dearly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed travelling and vacationing with her family.

Surviving is her son Kevin Siers and his wife Angela of Parkersburg, her brother Gary Hickman Bailey and his wife Connie of Parkersburg, grandsons: Tyler James Siers and his wife Kezia of Rockport and Cody Wise Siers of Parkersburg, nephews: Reggie Bailey and family of Belpre, OH and Seth Bailey of Mineral Wells and her niece Heather Bailey of Parkersburg.

Funeral services will be Sunday 1:30 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Beth Peters officiating. Interment will follow at the Gibson Cemetery, Calhoun County with Pastor Loren Price officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 2-4 and 6-8PM.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at Ohio Valley Health Care for their care and support given to Mrs. Siers in her final days.
