Judy Ann Casto, 52 - Parkersburg

Judy Ann Casto, 52, born October 20, 1961 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Ruth Starcher Casto and the late John Casto of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on September 26, 2014 at her home in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a brother, John F. (Kathy) Casto, Jr. of ShoLow, Arizona; a sister, Patty (Broe) Davis of Bristolville, Ohio; a former sister-in-law, Carolyn Casto of Canal Fulton, Ohio; two nieces, Melinda (Tim) Westenfelder of Southington, Ohio, and Nicole Casto of Canal Fulton; a nephew, Ethan Davis of Bristolville; a great-niece, Amelia Westenfelder and a great-nephew, Harrison Westenfelder, both of Southington; her aunt, Edie (Dan) Miller, who loved her so much; and several other aunts and uncles.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Geneva Casto and Cecil and Wilma Starcher; two uncles, Jerry and Howard Starcher; and two aunts, Betty Munn and Peggy Carter.

Services will be at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, with Pastor Jessie Briles of the Spencer Church of the Nazarene officiating.

Burial will follow in the Gandee Chapel/Ward Cemetery near Spencer. Visiting will be two hours prior to the service.
