THREE TRIALS SET FOR CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT TUESDAY

Three trials are on the Calhoun Circuit Court docket for Tuesday, Judge David W. Nibert presiding.

cases related to meth charges against Jason Levi White and Ashley Mariah Easton at set at 10 a.m.

Leon Kerby II, is set for trial on additional charges, in July he admitted to violating his probation and was sentenced to one year in the state penitentiary for those violations. Kerby was indicted on one count of child abuse resulting in injury, a felony from April, 2013.

Trials are scheduled John Frederick Fisher, Joshawa Lynn Whipkey and Matthew William Rapp, related to drug charges.

Kenneth J. Rush will undergo an annual review.
