Christine "Leigh" Wagoner, 69 - formerly of Big Springs

Christine "Leigh" Wagoner, formerly of Big Springs, WV was reunited in heaven to be with her one true love; her husband, Bobo of over 30 years and all her loved ones on Tuesday, September 23, 2014.

She was born September 8, 1945 to the late Fred and Virginia Woodyard of Elizabeth, WV.

Leigh, as she preferred to be called retired from Wirt Inflatables/ Mustang Survival with over 19 years of service. She loved to read Danielle Steele books, play cards, and enjoy her grandchildren. She was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Arie #2307 of Parkersburg.

She is survived by; one daughter, Kimberly McKibben (Chris); two sons, Steve Wagoner with whom she made her home with for the past four years, and Kevin Wagoner (Stephanie), all of Parkersburg; five grandchildren, Tanya Godfrey, Eric Lee, Alexander and Benjamin Wagoner all of Parkersburg, and Sgt. Steven Kyle Wagoner (Ashley) of Clarksville, Tenn; one great grandson, Braxton Emmitt Wagoner; four sisters, Waverline Kerns, Judy Koon, Barb Phillips (Mike), and Jodie Wheeler (Mike) all of Elizabeth, WV; three brothers, Paul Woodyard (Paulette) of Parkersburg, Roy Woodyard (Melanie) of Elizabeth, WV, and Jim Woodyard (Debbie) of Ft. Chiswell, VA; and numerous extended family in Grantsville, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilford "Bobo" Wagoner; one son, Freddie Glenn Wagoner; one granddaughter, Christina Chancellor; one sister, Rita "Mae" Welch; and one nephew, Paul "Woody" Woodyard.

The funeral service will be Saturday, September 27, beginning at 1:00PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Rev. David Carpenter officiating. Visitation will be Friday, September 26, from 4-8PM at the funeral home.
