Phyllis Jean Taylor, 50, of Walton WV, died Saturday, September 20, 2014, at CAMC General Hospital, Charleston. She was born March 24, 1964 at Charleston, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Jerry C. and Dottie Lou Hively Parsons. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Parsons. She was former employee of CAMC General Hospital, Charleston. She also enjoyed her grandchildren and canning. She is survived by her husband, Arlen W. Taylor of Walton; two daughters, Lois Taylor Lacy and Melissa Stevens both of St. Albans, WV; two granddaughters, Kaitlin Dottie Taylor and Gigi Marie Taylor; one brother, Jeff Parsons of Walton; two sisters, Janice Rucker and Vickie Sexton both of North Carolina; nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 25 at the Walton Union Church, Walton. Burial will be at a later date. John H.
