Michael Hicks, a 20 year old lifelong resident of Calhoun County and a current WVU student, was elected Chairman of the Calhoun County Democratic Executive Committee at their September 19th meeting.
"The Democratic Party has always been the party of the working class, and I look forward to working with the Executive Committee to increase voter registration and elect Democratic candidates," Michael said.
