GILMER MAN FACING METH CHARGES - Roane Man Charged With Car Theft

Gilmer County authorities have arrested David J. Marks, 36. He is charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab, entering without breaking, purchase/possession of substances to make meth and conspiracy. William Anthony Young, 25, has been charged in Roane County with possession of a stolen vehicle, petit larceny, fleeing with injury and conspiracy. He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bail yet to be set.
