Driver and passengers escape serious injury in Minnora wreck

The driver of a van escaped serious injury when she lost control and the vehicle rolled over on its side, a fire hydrant crashed through the driver's side window.

Responders went to the accident at Minnora, State Rt. 16 near the Methodist Mission at 4 p.m.

No one appeared to be seriously injured, but a small child in a restraint seat had a laceration to the head. Three were taken to Braxton County Hospital by Minnie Hamilton EMS.
