GILMER WOMAN FACING MULTIPLE CHARGES RELATED TO DRUNK DRIVING - Charged With Battery To Officer

A Gilmer County woman, Julia Ann Mollohan, 45, is facing multiple charges and is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $124,000. Gilmer authorities have charged Mollohan with fleeing while DUI, DUI .08, fleeing with reckless indifference, and reckless driving. She has also been charged with the battery of an officer and felony destruction of property. James Coy Blosser, 30, of Gilmer County, has been charged with driving suspended, 3rd offense. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $3,000. John Ryan Richardson, 29, of Braxton County, has been charged with grand larceny. His bond has been set at $100,000.
