CLAY MAN CHARGED WITH LARCENY, PROPERTY DESTRUCTION - Regional Arrests

A Clay County man, Shane Allen Cadle, 21, has been charged with destruction of property and petit larceny. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail at $6,000. A Braxton woman has been charged with DUI-2nd offense and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Sarah Beth Balcourt, 38, is in Central Regional Jail with bail not yet set. A Ritchie man, Desmond Huff, 22, is in North Central Regional Jail, charged with possession of marijuana. A Ritchie man, Douglas John Monn, 43, has been charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, marijuana. He is in North Central Regional Jail. A Wirt man, Jason Lane Pettry, 36, is in North Central Regional Jail over bond revocation.
