WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Mason Teen Viciously Stabbed Seven Times

MASON TEEN STABBED - Zachary Gillis is behind bars after allegedly stabbed a juvenile Sunday during an altercation in Mason County. Gillis was arrested Monday for attempted murder and malicious wounding. A press release says deputies were dispatched to Huntington Road in Gallipolis Ferry because a man had a knife and was bleeding from the wrist and had a cut above his eye. Friends of the victim say it began when Gillis showed up at their house with a group of people. After the fight broke out, he allegedly pulled out a knife and began stabbing the teenage victim. Friends of the victim say he was stabbed at least seven times. The victim was wrapped in a blanket and taken to Pleasant Valley Hospital by a woman at the scene. According to the release, three men were injured in the same incident, including the juvenile. Gillis is being held in Western Regional Jail with bond set at $150,000.
