BODY OF MISSING WV TEEN FOUND ALONG OHIO RIVER - Girl Posted Craiglist Sex Ad, Man Admits To Killing

A body of a missing Kanawha County teenager has been found along the Ohio River, across from Ravenswood. Police have confirmed it is the body of Ericka Brown, 16. Ernest Roach, 36, of Racine, Ohio, has been arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and he is behind bars at South Central Regional Jail in Kanawha County. Roach admitted to the killing. Police documents say Roach met Brown through a Craiglist ad she placed wanting money for sex. The family and authorities had been searching regional counties and parts of Ohio for the girl. Witnesses at the scene along the river said they were clearing brush to repair some jet skis in Portland, Ohio, when they found the body wrapped in a clear tarp with a strap around the waist and a cement block tied to it stuck in the mud. Brown was last seen August 10th at her parents' home in Cross Lanes.
