GRANTSVILLE MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT

A Grantsville man is in Central Regional Jail, facing assault charges.

Brian Lee Smith, 28, has been charged with sexual assault 2nd degree, unlawful assault, and possession of marijuana more than 15 grams.

His bail was not yet set.

Roane authorities have arrested Andrew Scott Ryan, 28, and charged him with domestic assault 1st/2nd and domestic battery.

He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $6,000.
