GILMER MAN ARRESTED FOR MALICIOUS ASSAULT AND BATTERY

Gilmer authorities have arrested Clayton James McCune, 42, and charged him with domestic battery, malicious assault and battery.

He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.

A Braxton County man, John David Pullin, 54, has been charged with domestic assault and battery, with public intoxication, according to Central Regional Jail.
