CIRCUIT COURT HAS THREE FELONY CASES MONDAY - 24 Juvenile Cases On Docket

The case against Allen Ray Nelson of Mud Fork will be before Circuit Judge David W. Nibert Monday, a status hearing. Nelson was charged with malicious assault on his step-father in 2013. Zachary Rush Thomas is set to appear with a plea to be considered by the court. Thomas was charged in 2012 for breaking and entering and receiving/transferring stolen property. Adam August Park will appear for a plea hearing related to meth charges. 24 juvenile hearings are on Monday's docket. Court opens at 10 a.m.
