WIRT MEN IN JAIL CHARGED WITH BURGLARY

A Wirt County man, Matthew Ray Nicholas, 32, has been charged with burglary, daytime breaking and entering. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Another Wirt man, Ronald Keith Chadock, 35, has been charged with grand larceny and nighttime burglary. He is in North Central Regional Jail.

Braxton authorities have arrested Harry Carl James, 30, and charged him with domestic battery and assault. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $7,500.

A Clay man, Robert Earl Stutler, 32, has been charged with driving while suspended/revoked, possession of a controlled substance and no insurance. He is in Central Regional Jail.

Carl David Demastus, 62, of Clay, is in Central Regional Jail for violation of home confinement.
