GILMER MAN CHARGED WITH DRUG OFFENSE - Regional Incidents

A Gilmer County man is facing drug charges, and is in Central Regional Jail with bond posted at $35,000.

23-year-old James Christopher Miller has been charged with manufacturing/delivery/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, according to Central Regional Jail.

Eric David Cable, 20, has been charged by Braxton authorities with aggravated DUI, driving left of center.

He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.

Roane authorities arrested David Brian Boggs, 49, Friday night and charge him with DUI=3rd, driving revoked.

Bethany Nicole Godbey, 34, has been charged in Roane with domestic assault 1st/2nd and is in Central Regional Jail.

Corey Bruce Hammer, 18, of Ritchie County was charge with battery and incarcerated in North Central Regional Jail.
