FOURTH ARREST IN CLAY ROBBERY, BALL BAT BEATING OF RESTAURANT OWNER

Clay County authorities have made an additional arrest in the robbery of the Jesse Sez Restaurant at Maysel, where manager 71-year-old William Vineyard was beaten with a ball bat.

Nicole Brooke Schoolcraft, 20, of Belva WV is in Central Regional Jail charged with robbery, malicious assault/battery, grand larceny, accessory before and after the fact and being a fugitive from justice.

A Ritchie man is in North Central Regional Jail facing multiple charges.

Zachary Sebastian Wamsley, 20, has been charged with possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of more than 15 grams of marijuana.

Chad Allen Norton, 30, has been charged by Ritchie authorities with possession of marijuana more than 15 grams, driving while suspended/revoked and no insurance.

He is in North Central Regional Jail, with bond not yet set.
