DEPUTY SHERIFF BALLENGEE'S DAD PASSES - Columnist's Mother-In-Law Dies In Florida

The father of well-known Calhoun Deputy Sheriff Carl Ballengee has died. Doyle S. Ballengee, 80, of Grantsville, passed away on October 5. His services are scheduled for Tuesday at the Victory Baptist Church. (See OBITS) The mother-in-law of Creston News columnist Alvin Engelke has died in Florida. The mother of Anna Engelke, Gladys Martin, 94, passed away in Melbourne, Florida on October 5.
