MAN STABS ROOMMATE - St. Albans police say a man stabbed his roommate early Wednesday morning in an apartment.

Police charged Pedro Munos, 32, of St. Albans, with malicious wounding after taking a report from his roommate Jeremy Martin.

Martin, 29, ran a neighbor's house after being stabbed, with a puncture wound near his chest.

Investigators said they weren't sure what caused the incident but alcohol may have been involved.

HUNTINGTON SHOOTING - Huntington police are investigating a shooting, saying one person was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. The severity of the person's injury was unavailable.

Huntington police were questioning several people, but no one has been arrested.

HURRICANE GUNSHOTS - Gunshots turned scary for one family in Glen Oaks Court when they said they heard five gunshots close to their house, one mother putting her kids in a closet.

Putnam County Deputies were sent to a house in Hurricane because someone there had been calling 911.

When deputies got there they said, Clifton Dedrickson, was on his back porch, and ran inside.

when the deputies tried talking to him. Inside the house, deputies said Dedrickson charged at them, so they tased him. In the criminal complaint deputies said Dedrickson was, "Out of his mind, and screaming."

Dedrickson was arrested and taken to jail, but is currently free on bond. He is facing several charges including shooting within 500 feet of a house.
