| Wirt County's county fair is set for August 6-9, including such country favorites as arm wrestling, skillet throwing, nail driving and watermelon eatin'.
Highlighting the entertainment will be Johnny Staats and the Delivery Boys and 64 to Grayson, plus several other groups.
The fair includes a livestock show, exhibits, contents, carnival and fireworks.
