Writers read from mythical writing

Stories and food from different cultures was the theme of the monthly meeting of the Calhoun-Gilmer Writer's Guild meeting Friday evening at the home of Jeanne Wilson of Grantsville.

Several members of the local group are award winning writers.

Members focused on folklore, fairy tales and myths from around the world, and enjoyed a wide variety of special foods from different cultures.

The writer's group meets on the first Friday of every month. New members are always welcome.
