CLAY WOMAN FACING MULTIPLE CHARGES RELATED TO LARCENY

A Clay County woman is facing up to five charges.

Melissa Lynn Thompson, 36, has been charged with grand larceny, malicious assault/wounding/battery, robbery attempted, and assault during commission of a crime, accessory before and after the fact, according to Central Regional Jail.

Details regarding the incident not yet available.

Bond at CRJ has been posted at $90,000.

Lisa Fay Sutphin, 40, has been charged by Gilmer authorities with transferring alcohol or drugs apparently illegally, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and obstructing, according to Central Regional Jail.

Tyler Lee Sutphin, 20, of Gilmer has been charged with possession of marijuana more than 15 grams. He is in Central Regional Jail.

Ross Lee Miller, 51, of Gilmer has been charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. He is in Central Regional Jail.
