Travis Lee Fouty - Angela Dawn Fouty
Roane authorities have arrested a couple, who are now in Central Regional Jail.
Travis Lee Fouty, 35, has been charged with domestic battery, domestic assault 1st/2nd, public intoxication and obstructing.
Angela Dawn Fouty, 33, is charged with battery to a responder, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
A Wirt County man is in North Central Regional Jail. Larry Burton Sprouse, 31, has been charged with battery and reckless driving.
