CASTO CHARGED IN ROANE ON SEXUAL ABUSE CHARGES - Police Busy Over Holiday Weekend |

 A Roane County man, 27-year-old James Royal Casto (left) has been charged with felonies of, sexual assault 1st degree "sex/intrusion," incest, and sexual abuse by a parent or guardian. Casto is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $300,000.00. A Ritchie County man, Freddie Winiford Hess, 32, has been charged with domestic battery, child endangerment, DUI 1st, and fleeing while DUI. He is in North Central Regional Jail with bond set at $15,000. Clay County authorities have arrested Everett Kurtis Meadows, 23, and charged him with operating or attempting to operate a meth lab, domestic battery, domestic assault 1st/2nd, and nighttime burglary. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $50,000. Dennis Norman Kennedy, 48, has been charged by Roane authorities related to the possession of a firearm while under a domestic petition. Kennedy is also charged with assault. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set. Jasmine Rahchelle Robeson, 30, was charged by Braxton officials with reckless driving, speeding, fleeing and obstructing, and is in Central Regional Jail. Amanda Lee Shuck, 24, was arrested by Wirt authorities on a capia warrant and was also charged with trespassing. She is in North Central Regional Jail.
